Unilateral Contract Rescission
In the event that the buyer decides to unilaterally rescind the contract for reasons not attributable to the seller the following conditions apply:
Property Ownership: The property subject to the sale will revert to the seller, who will have full discretion to dispose of it as deemed fit.
Retention of Payment: VISTANCIA CONSTRUCTORA is authorized to retain fifteen percent (15%) of the sums advanced by the buyer, in addition to any commission fees and administrative expenses, as compensation.
Additional Costs: The buyer will be liable for any legal costs or expenses incurred by VISTANCIA CONSTRUCTORA due to the unilateral rescission.
Rescission
VISTANCIA CONSTRUCTORA may rescind the contract in the event of non-compliance by VISTANCIA CONSTRUCTORA with any obligations under the contract. In such cases:
